I live on my own so would prefer an annex/self contained bedsit but otherwise must have en-suite.
I need easy access to public transport, but may also hire a car occasionally and I work from home so must have good wi-fi, Somewhere to make a bit of toast or heat a ready meal - l won't be cooking 3 course dinners. Not fussed about any other shared facilities.
