Studio flat ideally needed

Hello, I am currently in the initial conveyancing process of purchasing a house in Hemel Hempstead and will require somewhere to rent on a short term basis whilst I renovate the property before it become habitable.

I would ideally prefer a studio/1bed flat that is unfurnished so that I can move from belongings from storage in the property. As I will be busy thought out the day renovating my property I won't be at the rental at all just in the evenings to sleep mainly.

As this is a short requirement (3 months) I would prefer something that is all inclusive of bills and must have use of broadband.
