Help....I need somewhere to live

I am looking for a place with a friendly housemate in Harrogate or surrounding area. I like having a chat but equally like time on my own. I am definitely house-broken, pet friendly, sociable but not a massive party animal. I do have a cat, but would be able to give him to someone if I can't find somewhere that is cat friendly.
