Spanish man searching a decent room

Hello. I would like to share a flat (starting October) with reasonably hygienic individuals that are not germ freaks, who respect privacy whilst open to human interaction. I'm a journalist / event manager, 54 but single and sociable, don't drink or have a disorganised life, work at least partially from home and have a bicycle. I am known to enjoy talking about books, music, movies, FC Barcelona and psychology, find myself and others interesting and have friends.
