Professional, Friendly, Respectful Male 52

Hello everyone, I'm a 52-year-old professional British white male. I am youthful, very friendly, kind, considerate and incredibly open minded. Ideally, I am looking for a large double room in a place I can call home. En-suite is a bonus but not essential, I currently live in Stockwell SW9 and work in Balham SW12 so ideally looking for somewhere with an easy commute from either area.
Too many people are offering hotel type rooms to rent and not a home, this really isn't for me at all, please don't waste your time, if you have a large household with multiple rooms.
I am exceptionally clean, tidy, polite, and I understand the need for personal space & privacy, I would expect the same in return. I need a good-sized bedroom space to relax and feel at home, Not looking for anything smaller than a large double room.
I'm hoping for a relaxed, friendly share with a small household, ideally a landlord & myself, or a maximum 3 roomed property.
People with larger properties and multiple rooms please do not respond as this just isn't for me.
