Fun, mature 22 year old professional-Redditch area

Young professional, 22, moving to area to begin graduate training position in Redditch. Looking to move in 1st/2nd week of July.

I am a non-smoking, clean, considerate, reliable and friendly male with a decent sense of humor. Social-able, but not a party animal.

Looking for anywhere within a 25-30 minute commutable distance to Redditch. *IF OUTSIDE REDDITCH, MUST BE CLOSE TO A TRAIN LINK TO REDDITCH*

Interested in part/fully furnished to move in at the end of June or start of July, for anywhere between 3 months or a year, which could possibly be extended further depending on circumstances.

Must have reliable high-speed wired or wireless internet, as I am an avid gamer in my spare time (I am happy to pay for a speed upgrade etc if needed).

I also like various sports, music, films and cooking.

Room will preferably have a desk, or room to insert one. I have my own TV and desktop computer. Sky TV and sports would be a welcome addition although not crucial.

I love both cats and dogs, so pets are not a problem.

I am single, however would like to be able to have friends over at the weekend occasionally.

I will be working full time 8am-6pm hours Mon-Fri.
