Sociable Sailor Ashore

Hi All,

I’m Andrew, 39 (but considerably younger in my mind), extremely sociable and always up for food, drinks, debates, chatting, loafing etc.

I'm a sailor who’s come ashore, started a new company so I'm looking for a place to call home (and work from home when not doing sailing contracts) until probably April or so – I’ll be emigrating later this year but the timeline depends on the company. A monthly rolling contract would be ideal, but I'm happy to commit to a minimum if needed.

I’m looking for a laid-back place with friendly, intelligent flat/housemates. Prefer a mix, but not too bothered and certainly couldn't care less about sexual or political persuasions, just no delusional activist types or pronoun groupies.

Primarily looking in Southampton and London but open to suggestions. The key criterion are what I've already listed and that the place just feels like a great place to be.
