I am looking for a friendly and comfortable share with someone

I am a young 42 I am moving back to London (my home) after 2
4 years in the sticks. I'd like to share with a kindred spirit, someone who would be comfortable having a chat and movie night or having your own space.

Work in at a senior level in Marketing, very sociable and into fitness and being happy. I am clean tidy and easy to talk to. I am trying to become a comic so think I'm funny!

Happy to live with guys or girls but preferably only one other person who really likes the idea of a flatmate and wants to live with someone as opposed to needs to live with someone. I do a have a 3 legged
Cat called max so need a cat lover and someone who doesn't mind having a little black cat sleeping on the sofa and meowing at them for no reason
