Prof. 41yo Female Seeking Large Double Room

Hi,
I am a 40yo professional female looking to find a spacious double room preferably with en-suite, or studio / 1 bed flat for moving into for mid/end April.

I am looking for somewhere which is ideally within bus commute to Severalls Business Park. My preferred budget is £500 PCM + bills for house share, alternatively £675 plus bills for a studio / 1 bed flat. Either room or flat would need to have decent storage or space as I have a fair few boxes to store.

I am tidy, respectful of others and very easygoing. I am not a party animal, but more of a glass of wine occasionally. I love to cook and eat healthily however I do like to be naughty on occasions. I like a good banter and conversation and watch a good film/documentary/series, however I do also like to be in my own space to craft/read/meditate/do yoga. Please note, I am a houseplant enthusiast and I have a reasonably large collection of houseplants which I would ideally like to bring with me. If you don’t mind this and have something that might suit me or that I fit your preferences as a good house mate, please contact me asap.
