ABOUT ME
• I’m friendly, calm, easy to talk to, and open-minded. I’m very clean, tidy, and organised, and I’m considerate of shared spaces and the people I live with.
• I work as a Board Games Supervisor and spend a lot of time with customers. I’m comfortable around people and have received many glowing Google reviews.

BUDGET
My maximum budget is £850 per calendar month, including rent, utilities, broadband, and council tax. I can be flexible for the right place.

MOVE DATE
My current tenancy runs until 26 March 2026. I can move earlier from mid February if needed, as long as it is before 25 March 2026.

ROOM TYPE
• Ideally unfurnished, with space for a double bed. I have my own bed frame and mattress.
• I’m also open to a furnished room, with some notice so I can sell or donate my bed frame and mattress.

WORKING HOURS
• I work a few evening shifts each week in hospitality in Deptford. I’m looking for a calm, homely place rather than a party house, so I can rest properly after busy shifts.
• Outside of work, I usually spend Sundays and Mondays with my partner, checking out events in London or hang out at theirs.
• Once settled, I’ll be continuing my search for a permanent role in the design industry as a Graphic or UI Designer, or within the charity sector.

AREAS
Good transport links are important. Easy access to Deptford High Street would be ideal, though I’m open to nearby areas.

REFERENCES
• Tenant reference available. I’ve been the lead tenant at my current property since March 2024. The property is managed by Savills.
• Work reference available. I’m currently on a zero-hour contract and receiving Universal Credit. I’m actively looking for a permanent role in the design industry or the charity sector.
