I am looking at flat shares in the Gateshead or central Newcastle area (mostly Quayside and Ouseburn), as I'm looking for somewhere I can easily walk or bike to work. .
As a housemate I'm quite quiet but sociable, I don't mind living with students or professionals as long as we get on well! :) If it's a 2 bed flat I'd prefer a female roommate, but for bigger houses then mixed is great.
My current contract ends in August, but I?m willing to move in July for the right place.
