1bed studio/aptmnt (s term) near Birkenhead wanted

PLEASE READ FIRST BEFORE MESSAGING ME- SORRY NO HOUSE-SHARES
(I have high functioning Aspberger's/ASD and can't mentally share living spaces, too much stuff for just one bedroom plus have been doing night shifts so will be making noise at all sorts of hours 24/7).

I currently still live in Liverpool after finishing my PhD at UoL a few months ago, but I'm looking for a cheap and modest 1-bedroom studio or apartment either on the Wirral near-ish to Birkenhead or failing that around Waterloo/Litherland -ish way in northern Liverpool. Due to my circumstances likely changing in the next few months to a year I really need a landlord/company who would accept a short-term contract or casual type rolling letting agreement, and it would be significantly easier and less stress for me if bills were included too (though I can sort out my own internet if need be). Really I would need the apartment to at least be partially furnished, though ideally fully furnished plus with a washing machine. I am also highly suitable as a property guardian or house-sitter for those who are interested.

I'm single, law-abiding, very clean, tidy, organised, honest, respectful and boring, thus you will not get messed around or the placed trashed or noise nuisance etc. Again in regard to bills being included I'm very environmentally concerned so would be very stringent with not wasting electricity and water etc.

Also I have and use a small car now, so parking even if on street or next-door parking lot is is essential now also.
