Professional seeks long term 1 bed

Tidy & proud single female looking for flat. Ideally would be an all-inclusive property and therefore will be open to negotiation on monthly rent. Have been at current rental since 2014. I absolutely hate moving so am looking for long/very long-term tenancy, I am able to show that I have gone over and beyond to help keep the current residence tidy and clean and would like to find a private landlord who is seeking a long-term reliable tenant who likes to live tidy and quiet with her cats in exchange a reasonably priced residence in the area she feels safe and comfortable in having been here for close to 40years.
