31y/o Professional looking for Double Rooms

Hi,
I'm Andy, I'm 31, northern and looking for a double room in South London Zone 1 or 2. 700 is my budget - can go higher if including bills.

I'm employed full time in Higher Education & Arts sectors.

I'm very friendly and sociable. I like going out, staying in, love doing new things and meeting new people. It would be great to have housemates who socialise with each other as well as apart. I'm a fairly easy going, clean and tidy guy so I'm looking for flat mates that are similar!

I like my own space (not looking for room-shares) but equally looking for a place that can be more of a home than just a room in a house!

Im a big foodie - both eating out and cooking - and don't smoke but don't mind living with those who do.
