En-suite Room wanted

I'm currently planning to relocate to Leeds and I'm looking for an en-suite room to rent in a non-smoking house.

I want to live somewhere that's clean, safe, secure, quiet and where my right to privacy and independence is respected.

I don't have to live with people who are like me: I'm not fussy about age, gender, nationality etc as they've got their head screwed on right, or are at least capable of acting like a responsible adult.

It's also not essential to me that I have a close relationship with whoever I live with. I'm very self-sufficient and quite happy to go my own way and do my own thing.
