En-suite Room wanted

I'm relocating to Leeds and I'm looking for a room to rent, preferably en-suite in a non-smoking house.

Ideally, I'm looking for something long term but I'll consider short term as well.

I want to live somewhere that's clean, safe, secure, quiet and where my right to privacy and independence is respected.

I don't have to live with people who are like me: I'm not fussy about age, gender, nationality etc as you're mature and responsible.

It's also not essential to me that I have a close relationship with whoever I live with. I'm very self-sufficient and quite happy to go my own way and do my own thing.
