2 Nice Medium/Large Double rooms wanted

Hey,

James (27yrs old/From England) and I (23yrs old/ From Panama but half Swedish) are quite easy going. I am currently a graphic designer/social media manager for a small company and James studies medicine (his second degree) and works part-time at an office. I will be a design student starting Sept in Salford university (entering 2nd year due to my work experience) as well.

At the minute, we live in a small flat in Didsbury, but we've lived with other people before and never had a problem with it. We'd prefer a house with a garden, or some kind of balcony/patio (to do a BBQ and getting some fresh air on a nice day!)

We both love cooking and enjoy a good glass of wine/beer alongside a good TV show/ movie. We tend to go out to a bar or a club, every now and then, but prefer having friends over for dinner and some drinks. (I know we sound like an old couple, hahah, but we're not).

We really like traveling/backpacking as well so we try and take any opportunity we can to go on a short holiday or a few weeks somewhere different/beautiful.

Our budget for 2 rooms in one house or two different houses either with bills included or not would be around max 550/650 pounds a month(For both rooms not each room). We'd prefer medium sized/large rooms since I am quite creative and like some space to work, and James also has quite a few books, so we need rooms with space to put all our stuff in.

Our ideal locations to live in would be Withington, Fallowfield, Victoria Park (near the 50 Bus route/Anson Road which goes directly to Salford Uni),Salford, Salford Quays, manchester city centre, Deansgate, or Didsbury, but not places like clayton, droylsden, moston, on the east side. We would consider Rusholme, but already lived around there so not so keen on it, unless its platt lane or more towards Dickenson Road.
