Friendly Couple - Seeking a New Place

We’re Nele and James, a friendly couple in our 30s currently living in Bethnal Green. We’re now looking for a calmer, more settled place to call home.
We’re hoping to find a spacious double room, ideally in a respectful and balanced household. An ensuite would be lovely, though we know that’s not always possible, so it isn’t essential.

A little about us:
James works in marketing and enjoys hiking, running, travelling, and landscape photography. He’s a keen traveller and has been to around 50 countries.
Nele works in facilities and has a creative background in makeup artistry. She enjoys making a home feel warm and cosy, loves dogs, flowers and plants, and is gentle, thoughtful and respectful.
As a couple, we’re sociable, independent and easy-going. We’re not looking for a party house. During the week, we tend to focus on work and like a calm home environment. At weekends, we enjoy seeing friends, getting outdoors, exploring London, travelling when we can, and occasionally sharing a meal or drink with housemates.

We’re looking for a home where people are friendly and considerate, with a good balance between social connection and personal space. We value clear communication, cleanliness, and respect for shared areas.
We’re open to living with pets and would be very happy in a home with a dog or cat. We would prefer a non-smoking household.
