To a sensible landlord - Annex or spacious room

I am a young-spirited, communicative professional woman.
Ideally, I am looking for a long-term rental annexe that I could use exclusively and without disturbance.
Alternatively, I would consider renting a large bedroom in a clean, well-maintained, respectful house or flat, sharing ONLY with the owners.

Please note that large, bustling family homes or social house shares with communal living spaces would not work for me.
I lead a simple 9-to-6 lifestyle and need peace and quiet at home. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and have high hygiene standards.

As for the location, Mytchett, North Camp, Ash Vale and Farnborough areas are preferred, but would consider Frimley, Camberley and Ash as well.
