We are two girls, 35 and working full time in the creative industries. We're looking to sign a 12-month contract on a place in East London by latest June 6, earliest last few days of May.
We're into health and fitness and are very sociable people. Clare is studying part-time as a Nutritionist (as well as a full-time job as an art-worker) and Jess has a few extra curricular music related projects going on outside of working at a music agency. We both love travel, adventure, a good laugh, great coffee, markets, the usual fun stuff.
We'd like to find a non-smoking person of a similar age who wants a home not a party house. Someone warm and friendly who cares about their home and is up for being friends rather than closed-door house mates. We want to spend about 600-700 each and are looking at the possibility of finding a place with a larger 3rd room to rent for a higher price if the person living with us has more cash!
