NO ROOMS just flat/studio! Looking for own space!

Hi I am moving from my house share in London and looking for my own space. I work as an engineer, and I own my own business too.

I'm a friendly, non-judgemental techie that is looking for somewhere to call home.

I've had my fair share of "fun" and I'm not looking for a party house or for wild late nights/noisy houses as I'm doing my postgrad research whilst also working from home. Moving because I'm ready to settle down and be more independent.

And any landlords that want an honest and stress-free tenant to look after their property, I'm your gal!

p. s. Since I'm an engineer by profession, I typically enjoy building and fixing stuff and have a bunch of tools on me so I like to think you'll be getting a free "handywoman" there ;)
