Urgent need of room/flat! Also open to Buddy Up!

Hi I am moving to London where I will be working as an engineer, and I own my own business too.

I do need a room ASAP (but can wait up until early March if you need time). Also open to studios/ensuite rooms and one-bed flats (£1200 max). Ideally if I'm sharing - a place of 2-3 people max.

I'm a friendly, non-judgemental tech babe that is looking for somewhere to call home.

I've had my fair share of "fun" and I'm not looking for a party house or for wild late nights/noisy houses as I'm doing my postgrad part time (the dreaded dissertation phase) but I am down to hang out with my housemates/go out for the odd event/chip into food to reduce costs, all that good stuff!

I run an anime/gaming community, so I'm typically in my room streaming online alot (no I'm not one of those scary hermit gamers before you freak out lol I'm actually quite chill and social) so my only request is that there has to be high speed internet but I am happy to buy my own router and cover that cost if thats the only option.
