Flexible arrangement wanted

I may be able to housesit for a friend two weeks per month and it would be ideal to find a place with a flexible arrangement where during the time I'm not around I could pay less rent. Preferably in/around Manchester or Liverpool, or somewhere else with easy-ish commute to Ormskirk (attending uni twice a week).

I'm originally from Germany. I'm starting an MSc at Edge Hill in psychotherapy (and will continue working part-time teaching Psychology for an online school). I'm also a qualified yoga and somatics teacher.

As I will be quite busy with my studies and work I'm looking for a quiet, respectful household with few flat mates. There should be enough floor space for practising yoga, and a desk+chair.

I'm more of an introvert/quiet individual, conscientious, reliable, clean, and easy-going. I neither drink nor smoke and don't stay up late.

I love dancing (solo and social), the outdoors, cycling, hiking, yoga and pilates, doing arts and crafts (sewing, painting etc). I spent about 7 years working and traveling around different countries, and spent the last five years working in Manchester.
