Professional seeking a studio, 1-bedroom flat, or a flat/house share with just one other person in London.

I’m a full-time professional working in the City five days a week, so good transport links into central London are important to me. I’m open to different areas across London, provided the commute is convenient.

I’m financially responsible, always pay rent on time, and take great pride in maintaining a clean, tidy and respectful home environment. A bright, calm and well-kept space is very important to me, and I’m looking for somewhere that feels like home rather than just somewhere to stay.

I’ve been in my current home for over three years and have had a very positive tenancy. While it’s a lovely place, I’m now looking for more space and a change that better suits my lifestyle.

Ideally, I’m looking for a property with good storage and ample wardrobe space. For a flatshare, I would prefer to share with just one other person and would be particularly interested in a home where there is a good balance between privacy and shared living.

I’m in no rush to move and am happy to wait for the right place. Budget is flexible depending on the property, location and overall fit, as I’m looking for somewhere long-term that feels right.
