1 bed or studio

Hello,


I require a room, commutable distance to Waterloo station. I am looking for minimum 6+ months let, ideally prefer long term.

I am not looking for a room share.

Ideally, I would like a room/ studio or one bed must be furnished and clean with usual amenities, washing machine and cooking facilities and wifi. Must have parking for (motorbike) garage preferred.
