1 bed flat / en-suite room / modern house need.

Hi all,
Thank you for taking your time to read my ad.
Currently live in a 1 bed flat near AO arena/NQ and my contract here will end beginning of sept.
Shared accommodation is next, hence the reason why I’m here. One bed flat also an option and would like to have few viewings soon.
I don’t mind living in the same building with 2,3 other people or more as long as they’re all professionals and they respect the quiet times in the flat/house.
Myself, I’m very easy as a tenant. No pets, no parking needed, not a smoker, don’t do parties, alcohol etc. Occasionally I’ll have family/friends/partner over. I do cook and like my food so please bear that in mind. No microwaves or air fryers needed. Oven/hob would be enough.
Full time in luxury retail.
Not working from home.
A garden/patio/terrace would be great as well as all bills included please.
Quiet during the night is what I’m after so please do consider me only if you know that you have a house with respectable, kind, understandable and caring working people that I can meet before moving in.
En-suite only please, other amenities welcomed.
Work is in Exchange Square so please consider me if you know tram/bus station is not more than a max of 10mins walking distance from the property.
I’m looking for a modern furnished place I can look after and take care of. I’m not into old/vintage style.
To make it easier for you, Chorlton, Didsbury, Sale/Brooklands, Burton Road, city centre are all areas where I’d consider arranging and having a viewing.
