Double en-suite, flexible dates not far from CC

Hi everyone,
I’m working in Selfridges exchange square hence I’m looking to move closer to the centre as I now live close to media city.
What I'm looking for is a modern house/apartment with nice, clean, positive and open-minded people.
Live-out landlord.
A good internet connection and a modern En-suite if possible. If not I’m happy to share with someone who take’s hygiene seriously.
A well equipped kitchen as i do like to cook would be appreciated.
I'm thinking to rent for a long-term.
