Leap into Leamington!

Hello guys,

Thanks for stopping by and taking a peep at my advert!

I am currently looking for a spacious studio or 1 bed to rent all inclusive. I may be open to sharing if its the right space and connection.

My name is Ginine, I am 44 years old and originally I am from Birmingham. I have lived in Coventry since February 2023.

My connection with Leamington is The Well Christian Healing Centre and St Pauls church. I have attended the coffee morning and events at The Well. Currently I attend the mid week church service at St Pauls. In both places I have found a caring, friendly community that I would like to be closer to.

I am also interested in creative arts and have become a volunteer with the Stoneleigh Arms in Leamington. I would like to move into Leamington as I believe there are lots of creative opportunities there and feel it would be a great place for me to grow spiritually and artistically.

I am a clean, tidy, respectful tenant, I do not have children and I don't smoke or have any pets although I do love animals. I enjoy baking, swimming, painting pottery and growing plants. I also love good food whether that's cooking it or eating out. Yum!

I currently live in a studio in Coventry and have been here for 1 year. I have maintained rent payments and cared well for the property, keeping the interior clean and maintaining the front and back garden. I am able to provide a positive landlord reference.

Previously I have worked for Warwick Arts Centre and recently completed a retail Christmas contract working for Sostrene Grene in Royal Priors shopping centre, Leamington.
