Respectable tenant...clean homely home

Hello guys,

Thanks for taking a peep at my advert!

I'm Ginine, originally I'm from Birmingham and at the moment I live in Coventry, West Midlands.

I would love to move down south. Open to different locations or staying locally if I find something suitable. Considering London as I have lived there in the past so I know the city a little. I would like to move towards the end of April.

At the moment I work in creative learning with young children for The University of Warwick. To support my application I have an enhanced DBS Certificate and a landlord reference for where I have been living in Coventry for the last 12 months.

I like a warm, friendly, open household that the landlord and tenants care about. Spacious, bright light filled room for my plants, south facing. En-suite would be fab!

I am warm, approachable and friendly. I don't mind socialising or sharing a meal now and then but also like my own space and independence too. I'm clean and tidy so prefer to live with more organised people that don't leave a mess around the house and leave the kitchen tidy.

I'm the creative artsy type and I am a peaceful person, so not looking for a mega party household that go to bed late or play loud music. I do not smoke at all and I'm not a heavy drinker so looking for a non smoking house. I love animals so I do not mind pets. Don't worry the dog in the picture isn't mine!

In my spare time I enjoy swimming, painting pottery and growing plants. I also enjoy volunteering in the local community and I spent last summer assisting at my local art gallery. I worked with school children assisting with gallery tours and family day arts and crafts activities. Love a good munch eating out and exploring new places.

Open to different types of household...families, lodger, sublets, short lets or longer term. Happy to do a video call too :)

I hope to move as soon as possible.
