Single female looking for a spacious double room

Hi, I’m a looking for a double room or annexe in a friendly and quiet house with enough space to do my daily yoga. I’m a nature lover and enjoy spending lots of time outside so I’m looking for a house with a garden in a peaceful, green area that is close to a common or woodland. I also want to be within walking distance of a train station, shops, a library and a gym or yoga studio. I would like to find somewhere first floor or above with either an en suite or use of my own bathroom and just one house mate. I am tidy, considerate and quiet, and I respect other people's privacy.
I currently work full-time from home so I need space for a desk, but I’m looking for a new job that offers hybrid working. I’m easy-going, friendly and independent. I love to spend my spare time catching up with friends, playing with my young nephews, going for walks, reading, doing yoga and Pilates, watching films and going to the theatre.
