Annexe Or Cottage Wanted In Quiet Country Location

Hi, I'm Samantha, I work in Canterbury as a beauty manager.

I'd like to find a small cottage or annexe. I like Hythe and Saltwood and surrounding areas, and villages but am flexible if the house is right. If it's an annexe I could give services like beauty therapy, babysitting, grass cutting in exchange for reduced rent. (I am fully trained beauty therapist).

Like most people I like to come home to a nice homely environment and hang out with like minded sociable people, watch some TV, cook some nice food, or go out. I love dogs and cats but don't have any myself.

My ideal house would be non-smoking, sunny and spacious with comfy sofas, big telly and a nice kitchen to cook in, and I have very clean standards. I would consider part furnished but I do need white goods like washing machine, etc
