Professional buddy-up for nice place centralish

Looking for a nice 2 bedroom flat somewhere in Zone 2, and to share the flat with a like-minded joyful person.
Ideally with en-suite so we could each have our own bathroom. Living space is important, would want a good size kitchen and living room.

I have a house with furniture currently so preferably an unfurnished place I can bring the furniture too.

Would love to live with someone who is active, social, enjoys company but also happy to get along by themselves.
