Musician/designer seeks self-contained flat (DSS)

*DSS tenant* Laidback female, 36, looking for a self-contained one bedroom flat or large studio, ideally within the Camden, Hackney or Islington boroughs, but will certainly consider other areas. I need a fairly large space due to my music and dressmaking equipment, but will try to downsize if necessary. Socially I enjoy going to all kinds of gigs (any genre, seriously), art galleries, and having interesting chats over a pint or two in the pub. I'm not into partying (those days have long gone) and prefer to spend most of my time quietly working and learning. I have an excellent reference from my landlord (who has sadly needed to sell my current flat) as well as a guarantor.
