Looking for double room/new flatmate/s

Hi! I'm a UX researcher working in public sector. It's a mix of WFH and office, but when homebased I always work from my bedroom.

I'm looking for a double room in a LGBT+ friendly house/flat share with ideally one or two housemates. Living in a relaxed, homely, clean and tidy place is very important to me and I would love to live with someone who's considerate and feels the same way. Open to living with the landlord/buddying up with other people looking for flatmates.

I would love to grab a coffee/bruch, hit the gym together and enjoy a little dinner party from time to time, but I will also need my own space and quiet time. I enjoy music, art, cinema and book clubs. Very into impromptu seaside/hiking trips, repeatedly failing at regular yoga and ballet.

Preffered areas: Vauxhall, Oval, Kennington, Nine Elms, Camberwell, Finsbury Park, Manor House, Highbury and Islington
