Educated Well traveled Greek Cypriot Law Lecturer

Hello,

I am a clean, well educated and well travelled Greek Cypriot Law Lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University at Llandaff campus, looking for an affordable room from the 25th September for a few months. My job is permanent, but I work remotely and travel when the semester is over.

I am well educated (LLB, Athens, LLM, UK, MA in Philosophy, USA, PhD in Law, King's College London), very well travelled (50 countries and adding a few more this summer), very easy going, laid back, smiley, friendly, happy and positive - talkative Greek who likes to smile and say 'goodmorning' with a smile, and I respect boundaries and privacy.

In Cardiff, I wake up at 6 am, leave home before 7 am and return home quietly with my bicycle at 10-11 PM every day. I work hard and save funds for my investment and future, which is why I am interested in most affordable rooms. Cleanliness is important though.

I am very clean, tidy, I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol (I just don't like the taste) but I don't mind being with people who do.

I am athletic and I was in the Cyprus National Water Ski Team for 11 years when I was younger, so if you are into sports, happy to have some workout sessions or something. :)
