Looking for a room or stuido

I am looking for a room to rent or even a small studio or place of my own.

My sole purpose is to work and study, so I'm looking ideally for a quiet household ( I don't mind household noise, but I'm too old for a party household.) So please don't contact me if it's that type of household.

I am quiet, clean, very respectful and like my own space. I want a space where I can come back too, to read, study and sleep. I won't make noise, but I don't necessarily mind if other people around me are. I am very clean and tidy. I don't drink, don't smoke and too old for parties.
