Looking for a large double room

Hi guys.
I'm looking for accomodation/ studio/ double large room for me and kitty senior friend.
We are currently living 6 years in the shared property and very bad vibe in the house is pushing me away. People you are sharing your place with are so important. It makes everything better.
My previous flatmates become my friends and I still keep in touch with most of them but times change and house become unwelcoming so I need to get myself to a much better place.

I'm looking for a new place for me and my cute ginger cat to actually be able to relax after work without dramas and antisocial behaviours .
I like like-minded people : empathic, kind, easy going, just very normal.
I want to be a friend for my future flatmate not an enemy. I'm good egg or at least that what I think about myself.
I'm responsible, polite, respectful and always pay my rent at the time.
I'm working full time.

My current landlord definitely can give me good references about myself and my cat.

Kocio live with me 4 years there and he never destroyed anything. He is mostly sleeping or eating. He is vaccinated and has a microchip. His flea treatment is up to date.
He doesn't play much with toys. He much prefer watch cat TV on the YouTube. His favourite toy is a lesser mouse. He is absolutely a sweetheart. My furry friend.
He is cutie a little bit shy but loves cuddles and his snacks. I'm looking for someone who would want to become his friend too.

Probably I would prefer a place with a quite secure garden on the quiet street. I don't have a car. I do have bicycle.

I'm looking for around Springbourne, Boscombe, Charminster, Queens Park, Kimgs Park area or areas near by. Max what I can pay at the moment is 800 with a bills included.
