Creative Irish female looking for a lovely home!

Hi there,
I'm a 30 year old professional female from Ireland and I've been living in London for just over a year.

I'm clean, tidy, sociable and respectful of others and generally get on with most folk. I've lived on my own or with flatmates since I was 17 so I'm well used to sharing household responsibilities, cleaning and respecting others' privacy.

While I'm very independent and have a busy social life, I think it's great when you live with people you feel relaxed with and there's a friendly atmosphere.

I work in the media and I DJ underground house music in my spare time. This means that sometimes I need to practise at home but I only ever play during the day at times convenient to the general house. Although I love socialising and music I want a peaceful home life, not a party zone!

I love cooking and regularly try out new recipes (and I'm happy to share!). I like running, practising yoga, festivals, eating out, travelling and relaxing with a glass of red and a good box set like Borgen or Orange is the New Black.

I'm looking for a six month stay or longer hopefully priced ?720 total including bills. I can provide references from my employer and landlord.
