I am looking for a pad of reasonable size, double bed, preferably en-suite within a comfortable and well maintained accommodation in selected locations.

[Also, will consider a buddy-up to rent and share a 2 bed flat]

Ideally:
> Maximum of 2 people sharing
> En-suite bedroom if 3/4 sharing
> Smoke free flat / house.

About me: In the past, I have worked mainly in academia and IT solutions. In an effort to start a business abroad, I now split my time between Ghana and the UK. I am easy going and like keeping active, gym mainly and occasional outdoor jogging when weather is good. I like to keep my living environment serene, clean and tidy especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas. Other than that, I am easy with all as I consider myself a man of all seasons.
