Professional Male seeks a double room

I am a professional male aged 60 looking for lomg term in a large double room, preferably unfurnished.
I am available to move from 01/04/21 and have a budget of £400pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age.
I am very respectful of the persons property and others around me, clean and tidy. It would also be very helpful if there was storage space but not essential.
In my interests I have marked drums, this is for listening only as I retired from playing a good few years ago.
