Professional Male seeks a double room/studio flat

I am a single, educated (MBA), professional male aged 42 (clean, tidy and trustworthy person) looking for a double, en suite room (ideally self-contained annex with separate entrance or studio flat) in Norwich. I am available to move in from 19/07/2021 and have a budget of £650pcm (inc. bills). I plan to work from home till September 2021. I would like to share a house with one male or female ideally between 30 and 50 years old. References available on request.
