London room required 2/3 nights per week

I'm working as consultant in London and would like accomodation for 2, possibly 3, nights during the week whilst working in the City when I am required in the office. The rest of the time I will be working from my home in Kent.

I would prefer a quiet household as I need to work long-ish hours, and somewhere clean, tidy and civilised (like me!). I wont require access to the kitchen.
Usually busy but sociable, my interests during the week are the gym, Spanish and restaurants.

Would need all bills (including Broadband) included.

Immensely easy to have around with no bad habits. I am flexible as to price/accomodation for the right place.
