33, professional animator, Double room Buddy ups

Hi there,

Name's Kris, been living in and around Glasgow for the past 10 or so years now.

Alas now that my longterm flatemate of several years is moving with is partner am looking to flatshare with some relatively chill quiet folk to move in with sometime early this year. Ideally looking to move between March n June but can move earlier too.

Looking for fully/semi furnished room with like minded professionals or students. Willing to compromise to a certain extent as I have my own bedroom's worth of furniture and can potentially put towards grabbing us some basic amenities and such.

Budget is somewhere around the sound of £650pm with bills included and having lived in Glasgow for a fair while I'm fairly deadset on wanting to live in or near either the Bridgeton or Dennistoun areas to remain near the city and familiar locales with public transport, but again would be willing to look elsewhere if push comes to shove.

33 years old and have working in animation as a sole trader for the better part of 6 years now. Work full time from home and somewhat like to keep to myself (am a bit of a introvert tbh) but can be game for regular movie nights n such too.
Otherwise am very chill and like to game and work on digital hobbies.

After being glued to the hip am hoping (if all works out) to be able to bring along my adopted 9 year old indoor cat, she's completely housetrained, very chill and likes to keep to herself. Willing to keep her in my room for the most part and especially if guests would be an issue.
