Hi everyone,
I’m Mike, 38, and I’m currently looking for a room in a friendly, welcoming LGBT household. Ideally with guys, but of course open to living with any gender if the vibe is right.
I work full-time as an Account Manager and I’m also creative in my spare time, which I really enjoy. I work from home, but it’s very low impact. I only use a laptop and I’m always happy to work from my room or move around the space if needed.
I’m ideally looking in East London, particularly around Victoria Park, London Fields, Hackney Wick, Bow, Mile End, Stratford or Canary Wharf. That said, I’m open to venturing south to areas like Clapham, Elephant and Castle, Nine Elms, Brixton or similar if the house and people feel right.
What I’m really looking for is a home, not just a room. I’d love to live with people who are up for the occasional dinner, drinks or just hanging out, but I also really value my own space and downtime so I completely respect that balance too.
I’m clean, tidy and take pride in the space I live in. I’m not someone who brings a party home either and really value a calm, relaxed and safe environment.
Outside of work, I’m usually at the gym, out on walks, going for runs or meeting friends for food and drinks. Living near a park or river would be a big bonus.
I’m looking to move ASAP but I’m also happy to wait for the right place and people.
