Looking for an older flatmate to find new flat/hou

I'm looking for an older person or persons to share a new flat/ house with in Bedminster. Not interested in a room in someone else's house/ flatshare.

I'm 53, pretty chilled, straight, a bit geeky, very into music (I've been an indie dj for many years) and generally pretty easy and apparently good fun to live with. I smoke, but don't mind whether you do or not. I'm a Londoner, but I'm very Brizzle in temperament. I am also practical and pragmatic - I take care of everything to do with the property.

I'm looking for someone similarly relaxed, over thirty-five, must be working, male or female is fine. I have a flat-full of music and books, so would prefer someone with a love of pop-culture, and not that much of their own furniture or stuff in general.

This is an ideal place for someone who has just split up with a partner, I have all the furniture needed, washing machine and appliances. The ideal person would be someone who just wants somewhere quiet without much responsibility for the upkeep of the property.

I'm currently living in a lovely flat in Bishopsworth, but it's just too far out of the city, I'm too isolated, and there's nothing to do and a lack of facilities. I also foolishly let someone in their 20s move in, only to have him immediately quit his job and start staying up all night playing video games and keeping me up, so moving out is the only way to get rid of him!

I'm looking to move back to central Bedminster, I lived there for 8 years till the landlady decided to sell the house. I'm looking to move in the first half of the year, preferably somewhere between January and May, before the students start moving, so would like to find a flatmate before I start looking at places.
