Two friends looking to move by December

Hello! We are two friends looking for a new place to call home. I'm a 34-year-old English man who works for a legal publishing firm and a pub. My friend is a 26-year-old Japanese woman working as a legal admin, though she is hoping to move back into translation soon.

We are currently living in my family's property in North West London, but as it's being sold by the end of the year, we are looking for a new place with at least two bedrooms. Our budget is up to £800 per month each, including bills. We don't have a strict preference for area, as long as it's well connected and ideally within walking distance of a tube station.

We've both lived in shared houses before and know the importance of keeping things clean and comfortable. We are easy-going, respectful, and get along well with different kinds of people. Outside of work, we both love art and music. I enjoy drawing & playing guitar, and she enjoys crocheting and photography.
