Looking for a new home

Greetings,

I am looking for a (whole) property to rent in /or/ nearby Dover.

A little about me:
I am a mature professional in full time permanent employment and earning a good salary. I have no criminal record or debts, court orders or such – never had. I am being regularly vetted (thorough extensive checks) by my employer due to my line of work. My employment and salary will be confirmed by my employer.

What you can expect from me:
I am a very clean and tidy person, I don’t smoke or take drugs, nor have pets. I always paid my rent and other bills promptly; there were not late or omitted payments. I have always looked after my rented properties as my own – with a proper care and attention. I am a very quiet person and have never caused any nuisance or social disturbances to my neighbours.
References for my previous tenancies will be provided.

The new property musts:
The property must be in great habitable condition (i. e., no damp, stained carpets, bad odour, rusty and/or poorly fitted fixtures, filthy and poorly cleaned property, etc.). The property must be deep cleaned before the new tenancy.
The property landlord (whether the actual owner or an estate agent as acting landlord) must be honest, trustworthy, reputable and must provide a great customer service.
Where a property owner is also the landlord (i. e., no estate agency involved), I will require a tenancy contract drafted and witness by a solicitor.
The above points are a must, and I will not make any compromises on any of them.

The new property preferences:
Ideally, the new property would be a house with at least 2 bedrooms, garden, parking space and located in a quiet and decent neighbourhood.
