Looking for a New Home

Hi there!
I'm a professional working in finance and am looking for a new home. I am flexible in regards to move in date from 1 February onwards.
What am I looking for and what kind of flatmate am I?
I have lived in Putney for the last few years and would like to stay in the general area but am also considering other areas or moving closer to work in Bayswater. I have a hybrid working pattern with a few days in the office and WFH.
I'm not a party person so looking for a chilled flat with like-minded friendly, tidy and mature flatmates who appreciate a clean and relaxed home.
I usually keep quite busy with work and plans at the weekend, and like going to parks, museums, catching up with friends and a quiet evening in with a good book or drama.
I'm looking for a good-sized or large double room that will also accommodate a desk for WFH, with good storage.
