Hi I am Dave, I am the head of business development for a City of London private client wealth management business in Gresham St. near Saint Pauls, I am Irish born London based, am 45 years old with a degree and university background. I am in need of a London base in a share with 1-2 other professionals in a nice house or apartment, I am open to most areas and flatmates ideally somewhere easy to get into the office in Saint Paul's from, by bus, train or on foot. I am very tidy and polite but also good fun too and enjoy a good glass of wine and a chat about the week and how its gone, but also have my own interests and friends so I am quite good as a flatmate to have, I like to help out and get the shopping in as well when I can!
