Quiet folk Musician seeking room

Hi Spareroom,

*I'm looking to live in a smaller house share with just one other person who is preferably not home most of the time. Thanks!*

I'm looking to find another person to share living costs and need someone OK with living in a musical household.

I'm more on the conservative side of values but that said, I am easy to get along with, though I do have some sleeping issues which means I often like my own space and can't always be social.

I am a keen gardener / grower and would like a property with a garden.. allotment a bonus but a man can dream..

Though I am musical, I'll respect when you need me to be quiet. Ideally I do not want to live with someone who is home all the time as I would like to sometimes have quiet to do some recording.
