Looking for a Room :)

Hello,
I'm going to be starting a new job in Edinburgh on August 1st and as I'm from Aberdeen, I'm obviously in need of a place to live. So if you are interested in getting to know a down to earth, fun, sociable young professional and you have a room to rent that is affordable, then let me know.

I'm ideally looking for somewhere close to Haymarket or walking distance to there. If failing this, somewhere that has a good bus link to Haymarket.

Also, I'm ideally looking for somewhere thats got bills included in the rent. This obviously isn't set in stone but I still need to find somewhere affordable. Unfortunately, I'm not a millionaire ... yet.
