Seeking a part-time rental (1-3 nights / week)

Looking for a nice, sunny, quiet room in Dundee / Newport-on-Tay / Tayport, to stay 1-2 nights per week on a medium term basis, while working at the university. I expect to be pretty busy with work and projects, so looking for a quiet place to relax in the evening. I'm a clean, tidy and considerate housemate (who loves cats and eats veggie or vegan at home). In my spare time, I tend towards gardening, reading, artmaking and walking.
