26yr old Designer, relocating, looking for flat

Hi,

I'am a 26 yr old designer relocating to Glasgow from Edinburgh starting on July 1st. I'm looking for a flat to share with either a male or a female, I really don't mind as I have lived with both no worries. I enjoy beer, climbing and going to the gym, not necessarily in that order.

I like to keep my things tidy and am happy to help out with day to day tasks whenever needed. I like to cook (I used to be a chef) and I will be working Monday to Friday 9- 5.30pm in Finnieston. My clubbing days are behind me but I'm a sucker for a good few pints. I try to go to the gym very regularly (3/4 times a week).
