Newly married couple seeking quality 2 bed flat in

We are Ijtaba and Noor, a newly married couple who are currently looking for a good quality 2 bed flat to rent in South East London, specifically Lewisham, Bromley or Greenwich.

Ijtaba is currently working as a Senior Data Engineer in Energy Trading and commutes to London Victoria around 2-3 days per week. Noor has recently moved to the UK and switched from a fiancé visa to spousal and is actively looking for work.

Between us we hold British, Australian and Pakistani citizenships (full rights to work and rent).

In our spare time we enjoy cooking, origami, painting, hiking, films and board games. Ideally the 2nd bedroom will be small and either unfurnished or part furnished which Ijtaba will use for WFH.

Looking to move from Lewisham by late July as our landlords are moving back in, though we can push it by 1 month with some help from AirBnB for the right property.

No children, no pets, non-smokers, no adverse credit.

Budget is 2.3k per month, no agents nor large house shares. We're not considering flat shares or buddy ups unless our independent flat search fails by late July. We don't own a car but on-street or drive way parking would be a plus as we plan on buying one soon. For high rise flats, we would prefer for multiple lifts in the block and for all of them to be typically functional. Sadly we can't consider flats with visible signs of damp or mould given our medical history (asthma). This is non-negotiable. If we decide to make an offer, we will offer you list price.
